You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for your preferred replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
